From This class is for those who want to bring a greater range of movement to their hip joints.
What you'll learn
In this class we will pass threw a sequence of postures that will gradually bring movement and open our hip joints, going towards advanced hip opening Asanas. You will be surprised to figure out how simple cross-legged sitting will feel so much more comfortable after this class.
This class is perfect for
Women preparing for birth or anybody who feels that their hip joints are stiff - for example, if your knees are very high when you are sitting with legs crossed.
