What you'll learn
I will guide you through breathing practices based on how you are feeling in the moment, what time of day it is for you, and your experiences. Don't worry if you have never tried breathwork before, It is the most simple of activities and I will be there with you every step of the way. Breathwork can be transformational to your mindset, health and wellbeing if carried out in the right way.
