To start a yoga class with meditation allows you to dive deep into your mind body connection. Niamh will guide you through your meditation taking you to another level within your self. Following the meditation Niamh guides you slowly into a deep, restful and peaceful yoga flow, allowing you to pause in restful states for a longer period of time.
