My background & experienceGrowing up, I always had a love for working out. My dad inspired me and eventually, I became my dad's gym buddy throughout my high school years. I joined many different types of workout classes in NY to be able to experience the world of exercise. I also enjoy running 1-2 times a week.
My classes and teaching styleI teach a mix of styles including HIIT, pilates, sculpt, dance cardio, and more. Every class starts with a warm-up and ends with a mini stretch session.
