Amber is a certified mindfulness instructor and experienced educator. She offers mindfulness programs in schools workplaces, and online to improve personal well-being and reduce stress. Amber shares evidence-based practices with kids, teens and adults in public or private settings. She will help you develop a practical understanding of mindfulness and meditation. You will gain insights about the current research, benefits, and practices to reduce stress, create connection, and foster more ease in your life. After a decade of studying and practicing mindfulness meditation, yoga, wisdom traditions and alternative modalities to support her own wellbeing, Amber founded Present Possibilities in 2019 with a focus on empowering kids, teens and adults with mindfulness and meditation to thrive rather than just survive in our modern-day world.

My background & experience

I have been teaching professionally since 2003 when I began my career as a classroom teacher. I am curious soul with a passion for all things wellness and personal development. My training and certifications include both conventional and non-conventional fields of study. I have taught in both public school settings as well as private wellness settings. I offer a variety programs, coaching and workshops.

When you attend one of my classes you will feel welcome and at ease. I welcome individuals with no experience and seasoned practitioners alike. Individuals of all faiths and none are invited to join my classes. As your guide, I will share practices to help improve your own well-being. I will support your comfort and ease while in my class.
