Food is my life! I love food, I love to cook, and sharing my passion with you is all I want to. I honed my craft in some of the most esteemed kitchens in Chicago and Los Angeles, such as RPM Italian and Felix Trattoria. Over the course of my professional career as a cook, I have made over 250,000 portions of pasta. My classes are designed to make cooking from scratch very approachable. Accommodating all cooking skill levels to beginner at home cooks, to hospitality Professionals & Chefs. Everything gluten excites me, the classes I offer all have deep roots in Authentic Italian Cuisine, with contempary twists and some flavor profiles found in diffrent cuisines from around the world.
