My background & experienceI am a trained pastry chef, having graduated from the International Culinary Center in New York City (now part of the Institute for Culinary Education). I since started a baking blog, www.cinnamonshtick.com, where I share recipes and baking tricks. I am excited to be able to share even more through interactive classes here. My classes and teaching styleI teach all kinds of desserts, breads, ice cream and other treats. Although I have some recipes that are catered towards dietary restrictions, for the most part I am all about butter, eggs and sugar.
My certificationsI have a diploma from the International Culinary Center in New York City where I graduated on the Dean's List.
