My background & experienceI am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. I teach Mindfulness practices to Adults, Teens, and Kids. I myself practice mindfulness meditation for over 30 years now and have been teaching Mindfulness in-person and virtually via FaceTime, Zoom & WhatsApp for over 7 years now. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our inner & outer experiences with openness and curiosity. We notice our experiences without judgment and with kindness. Mindfulness Meditation practices help us to stay focused and present with any task on hand, we learn to become aware of our thoughts, emotions, feelings, and bodily sensations, observe them non-judgementally and manage them mindfully. Through self-awareness and mindfulness training we also learn to be more compassionate and caring towards ourselves and others. I love to help as many people as I can and bring the gift of mindfulness meditation practices to their lives, help them to reduce the stresses of daily life, and live a happier, healthier, and more harmonious life!
My classes and teaching styleI was introduced to meditation at a young age. I am the founder of Meditation for All Ages and an experienced mindfulness instructor that has been studying Buddhism philosophy and meditation practices for over 25 years. I studied with well-known meditation masters both nationally & internationally; attended many courses and retreats and have graduated to teach mindfulness meditation after years of studies and personal practice.
