My background & experience- I’ve been a Yoga Instructor since 2013 in Vancouver, Canada, but taught in many places since then - I teach Hatha, Power, Deep Stretch & Relax, Yang & Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga & fitness - I am now teaching other to become yoga teachers at the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness teacher training I combine yoga with coaching and created workshops on: - Love, connection and relationships - Growing into self-confidence - Releasing emotions - Acceptance & letting go for a life in the present ... and many more :). So... expect a well-rounded experience, with just enough of all the good stuff that lifts up your body and spirit.
