My background & experienceMy heart’s curiosities live in the wild fields of exploring, creating and sharing the healing energy and joy of authentic movement, dance, and mindfulness. I believe movement is life, healing can be found in the cycle of sharing and receiving, and creativity and freedom are natural states of being for all humans.
My classes and teaching styleThrough my classes, I hope to create an open space for explorations and sharing. We will dance, write, breathe, sweat, see and be seen, hear and be heard, and simply be in the present moment. Each class offering will slightly differ in structure and energy based on the current needs of the group/individual, but a sense of flow will always be the underlying current. “Remember that there is only one important time and it is Now.
