What you'll learn

Restorative Yoga is a beautiful practice in slowing down, calming the mind, and enjoying relaxing postures. This class is designed to help us connect more with our mind and body, understanding the relationship we hold with our self. Restorative yoga can be highly beneficial on a physical level for those who are not flexible to deepen flexibility. This style of yoga is also great on a emotional and mental level to assist us in healing, accepting our body where it is, and creating a overall sense of wellbeing by reducing stress and anxiety.

Studies included Aryuveda, Sivananda Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
