Growing up, I always had a love for working out. My dad inspired me and eventually, I became my dad's gym buddy throughout my high school years. I joined many different types of workout classes in NY to be able to experience the world of exercise. I also enjoy running 1-2 times a week.

What students need

All you need is a yoga mat, towel, and water.
