This class will help you stretch and relax. We'll do a variety of stretches targeting different body parts, with the aim to get you feeling more relaxed and less tense overall. You'll be able to ask questions throughout and we'll take a slow approach to make sure you're feeling safe. This can be done after a workout or as a separate workout itself.

Several years of experience training people online and face-to-face in the gym, at home and outdoors.
