Learning to make fresh pasta can feel overwhelming and frustrating to the most seasoned chef or cook. In this Class we will be using pasta two most fundamental ingredients flour and water . We will be using authentic Fatto A Mano (By Hand)  techniques and procedures to make a variety of pasta shapes from scratch.

Over the course of my Culinary Career, I have trained over 50 Chefs to make fresh pasta from scratch, I have been teaching pasta making privately for two years, and with Covid segue into virtual platforms like Zoom to teach since June of 2020. Prior to this, I worked in celebrated restaurants like Chicago RPM Italian, and in Los Angles Felix Trattoria. My pasta recipes are the same as the Chefs use. I developed them over the years, in which I was able to personally produce over 250,000 portions of pasta.

1 Kilo Fine Semolina Flour
Warm Water
