Over 90 minutes we will make from scratch a robust and flavorful pomodoro sauce, and fresh potato gnocchi. 

Prior to class you will have a little ingredient prep work, I will referrer to this as your "Mise en Place".

*PLEASE get all your ingredients measured out before class!
*PLEASE bake your potatoes before class begins and allow time to cool! Bake at 400 Degrees F or 204 Degrees C. Bake for 1 hour and allow to cool!

5 Russet Potatoes

1 TBS - Fine Sea Salt
2 Cups - All Purpose Flour
1 28oz Can Pomodoro Tomatoes
1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
1/4 Sweet Onion (Diced)
2 Tea Spoon - Fine Sea Salt
1 Tea Spoon - Black Pepper
6 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 Tea Spoon Chili Flakes
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1 Large Mixing Bowl
1 Cookie or Sheet Tray
Oven
Stove
1Large Stock Pot to boil water
1Small pot to make sauce
1 Box Grater or Potato Mill/Ricer
1 Butter Knife or Bench Scraper
1 fork or Pasta/gnocchi board
1 small cup
