I will be doing a hands on class showing you how to make 3 gin cocktails to impress your guests. We will also cover how gin is made, the history of gin and the stories behind the cocktails we make.

What you'll learn

This class will give you the tools to make 3 iconic gin cocktails. Even if its your first time picking up a shaker, you will leave the lesson with 3 drinks in your repertoire. You will also get a masterclass into how gin is made and the history behind gin. 

Below you will find the 3 cocktails we will be making in the class and you will source the ingredients listed below so we can make them. All cocktails will be using a London Dry Gin of your choice. 

Cocktail 1 - Grapefruit Gin Sour
Gin, Grapefruit juice, Lemon Juice, simple syrup ( equal parts sugar and water) 1 egg

Cocktail 2- Negroni 
Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Orange 

Cocktail 3- Classic Dry Martini,
Gin, Dry Vermouth , Lemon

You will also need to have a cocktail shaker or ( Protein shaker), bar spoon ( Long Spoon), jigger (Shot glass or measuring cup), ice, strainer.

Beginners who are looking to learn how to make awesome cocktails from the comfort of their own home and gain and understanding of gin as a whole.

I also works with bars and restaurants creating drinks list's and cocktail menu's.

What students need

Ingredients for each drink listed
Cocktail Shaker ( Protein Shaker)
Jigger ( Measuring cup or shot glass)
Ice cubes,
Bar spoon or ( Long Spoon)
