What you'll learn
As this class is designed specifically for you, Niamh will design the session to exactly for your body. The class will include movement, breathing practices and meditation. Connecting your breath to your movement gives you a deeper mind-body connection allowing your senses to draw within and your worries to fall away. Niamh will have regular contact with you prior to the class to find out your needs and wants, she will then build the class just for you and your body.

Niamh is qualified as a yoga teacher and holistic health coach. Her experience teaching around the world has lead her to hosting retreats, workshops and works 1-1 closely with students ranging from yoga, meditation, breathwork and health coaching.
