My background & experienceI was an HIIT based on music Fitness Instructor. I have lost my weight from 94 Kgs to 61Kgs by doing proper workout and good food in diet.
I normally teach in-person classes and virtual classes before the Covid-19 Outbreak. However, since the pandemic started I had to switched to teaching virtually.
Experiences in Yoga has been a part for my life, this leads me to become a teacher and inspiring others. I believe combining my experiences in Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher will hopefully guide and lead you to enjoy your class with me.
My classes and teaching stylePower Yoga is a unique exercise. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
Power Yoga similar to Vinyasa Yoga however more it requires more stamina, energy and also more dynamic which makes Power Yoga is so much fun yet feeling fresh after the class without abandoning the main reason to do Yoga which to cultivate a healthy mindset.
Slow Flow Yoga is about Vinyasa Yoga but we take it slow as concentration on breathe, awareness and mindfulness in your body, soul and mind. Which you can expect feeling fresh, healthy on your mind and especially sweat.
