Hi! My name is Ferry and I am from Indonesia, it's so great that you have checked my account or even joining my classes. I'm so grateful to meet you in the future and being connected to you! Yoga has been a crucial part for my life, it's just about exercise for me it's more likely about having a good quality life for mind, body and soul. I was an HIIT based on music Fitness Instructor. However, I decided to being more deeper in Yoga part since it has many benefits and most importantly it is suitable for all ages. My passion that I have discovered in Yoga about connecting and awareness to your body also being grateful for your body. In addition, your mind and soul has benefits by doing Yoga. Either you are new to Yoga or already in advance, there are no insecurities, hates or feeling competitive in Yoga. It is you enjoying your Yoga journey every single day.

My background & experience

I was an HIIT based on music Fitness Instructor. I have lost my weight from 94 Kgs to 61Kgs by doing proper workout and good food in diet. I normally teach in-person classes and virtual classes before the Covid-19 Outbreak. However, since the pandemic started I had to switched to teaching virtually. Experiences in Yoga has been a part for my life, this leads me to become a teacher and inspiring others. I believe combining my experiences in Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher will hopefully guide and lead you to enjoy your class with me.

My classes and teaching style

Power Yoga is a unique exercise. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Power Yoga similar to Vinyasa Yoga however more it requires more stamina, energy and also more dynamic which makes Power Yoga is so much fun yet feeling fresh after the class without abandoning the main reason to do Yoga which to cultivate a healthy mindset. Slow Flow Yoga is about Vinyasa Yoga but we take it slow as concentration on breathe, awareness and mindfulness in your body, soul and mind. Which you can expect feeling fresh, healthy on your mind and especially sweat.
