Slow Flow - Vinyasa Yoga
What you'll learn
Slow flow allows you to connect with your body slowly transitioning from pose to pose coordinating motion with breath. Class is great for beginners since we will not focus on perfect alignment of poses but tapping into the sensations and body needs. Sequence is challenging and fun! It's both - work out and work in!

Certified in India, Mysore in Traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, I love to experiment and to integrate the elements of Spinal Physiotherapy & Spiral Gymnastics, Movement Improvisation and play with props into my energizing sequences.
