100g Icing sugar
40ml water
100g Caster sugar
2 x 40g Egg whites. (3 egg whites approx)
1/2 tsp rose water or ½ tsp flavor extract of choice
Pink food color gel or food gel color of choice. Colour gel works better than liquid food color because we don’t want to make the mix too wet.
