High Intensity Tempo Fitness Training - 45 mins

Strong Nation This class offers you 4 quadrants from Warm Up, Ignite, Push Your Limit, abs exercise to Cool Down. To participate in this class you would require a level of fitness. This is not an introductory level exercise.


What you'll learn

Strong Nation combines Hiit style training, martial arts movements and body weighted training with synced music motivation to push students to achieve their best

This class involves doing burpess jumping squats butt kick tummy crunches. It is an all body workout. Zumba® is not all about dancing!! Body weight exercise & no equipment needed.

You will gain strength endurance and burn calories

This is a 40 mins exercise Wear comfortable running shoes and gym attire.  You will need face towel, water bottle, a mat and fitness attire.

Please have an accessible web cam and this class is best done using a tablet or computer.

I am certified Strong Nation and Zumba Instructor. I gained my certification as a Strong Nation instructor in October 2020. With Zumba I gained my certification since April 2021 Strong Nation is a High Intensity Interval Fitness Training - HITT. There are 4 Quadrants all in tune with the music which will motivate you and push you to your limit You will be doing push up, squats, side kicks, upper cuts, hooks. Yes its martialart, Plyometric fitness training. Zumba is an aerobic dance fitness exercise.

What students need

mat, comfortable running shoes, water bottle, face towel and gym wear. Please have your webcam on
