It is an all body workout. Zumba® is not all about dancing!! Body weight exercise & no equipment needed. You will gain strength endurance and burn calories This is a 40 mins exercise Wear comfortable running shoes and gym attire. You will need face towel, water bottle, a mat and fitness attire. Please have an accessible web cam and this class is best done using a tablet or computer. PLEASE NOTIFY 3 HOURS BEFORE CLASS STARTS IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL.
