Personal Training provides amazing opportunities to really tune in to what YOU want to get out of your classes. Half hour sessions can be great, efficient ways to work on your goals and to split your sessions up in a week. Intimidated to join group classes? New to strength? Working around specific injuries? Personal training is a great way to build up your confidence and strength; and 30 minute sessions are easy to build into a full schedule.
