I am a self thought baker with a ton of help from my grandmother and mother. You may have also seen me on “The Great Canadian Baking Show” season 1, taking the winning title! Since being on the show I have gained a lot of experience in the baking world and I would love to share it with you all. At a young age I was in the kitchen learning all that I can and developed such a passion for both baking and cooking.

What students need

Flour
Eggs
White sugar
Salt
Butter
1 container of ricotta
Whipping cream (35%)
Powdered sugar
Lemon (zest)
Vanilla extract
Vegetable oil for frying
Maraschino cherries.
(Piping bag with a star tip, parchment paper and a pan with high sides needed)
