You'll be encouraged to meet yourself where you're at ; to tune into your body and learn how you can support your body best throughout this stage of your life. Let's build up full body strength, prevent injuries and aches and pains, gain energy and feel strong in your every day life.
This class is perfect for
Women who are pregnant (any trimester, as long as you’re cleared by your physician to participate) and want to build up full body strength in a safe, supported setting!
6 years of in-person and online training, and 2 years of hosting online and in-person Pelvic Floor courses. Helping women build confidence and strength in- and outside of the gym!
What students need
Light to medium dumb bells
resistance band/loop
bender ball (or rolled up towel or pillow)
fitness mat
