In this class, we will concentrate on strengthening, lengthening and toning our muscles. We will work on our powerhouse (abs & lower back), on our legs, glutes, arms and upper body. A full-body workout without the need for any machine.

Through years of experience as a dancer, I know the human body well.
My yoga classes are a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Power Yoga, as well as Restorative and Yin Yoga. A powerful, conscious and well-instructed Slow Flow Yoga.
My own injuries and complaints have shown me that I had to find another training that is healthier for me. Yoga practice was added and has long replaced dance training.
My hyperflexibility reminds me every day to work on my strength to relieve and support the joints.
Pilates helps me a lot with its strengthening exercises.
Whether you have any injuries or not, you can count on my support at any time to get appropriate help in the individual asanas (positions).
I give precise instructions, so my lessons are also suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
A deep and conscious breath is important to make you more confident, and it also can help you to get your feelings and thoughts under control.
Many of us don't know how to deal with anxiety. Shortness of breath, insomnia, and the feeling of being “burned out” are consequences of our everyday life.
With guided breathing exercises and meditations I can help you to find a way to calm yourself and to find a new focus.
We can re-program and optimize ourselves with the help of Yoga and Pilates in order to feel better and enjoy our life.
What students need
Sometimes we work with small weights or small water bottles. Sometimes we need a yogablock or a thick book. :)
