What you'll learn
During the first session, we'll spend the first few minutes talking about your goals, fitness levels and your motivations and any barriers (injuries etc.) that might limit your ability to participate in fitness. We'll spend the rest of the first session doing a workout including a variety of exercises. Any following session will always be aimed at achieving your goals. We'll regularly go over your goals, see what works and what doesn't, to make sure you stay on track. The sessions will be fun and challenging at the same time. Outside of those sessions, I'm always available to answer questions and give fitness and nutrition tips. 30min, 45min and 60min sessions available.
