What you'll learn
We'll talk about your goals, fitness levels and your motivation and how I can help you. We will also do a few general exercises as a taster PT session. After the taster session, you can book a full personal training session with me. Any following session will always be aimed at achieving your goals. We'll regularly go over your goals, see what works and what doesn't, to make sure you stay on track. The sessions will be fun and challenging at the same time. You'll be in a safe environment and can ask questions throughout. Outside of those sessions, I'm always available to answer questions and give fitness , nutrition and lifestyle tips.
