Leadership & Change

Whilst still living in the UK, I qualified as a Social Worker and achieved my MAs, one from the Tavistock Centre. I worked as a Social Worker for five years in one of the most diverse and toughest parts of London. In my spare time, I volunteered as a mentor to developing leaders and managed multiple social initiatives. In 2015 I made the move into leadership development, establishing and building a leadership centre in Israel. I learnt this field with leading experts from the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2019, I founded my own leadership and organizational development company and today I work with a range of clients on- and off-line.
