In our class we will learn a few Israeli classics, hummus, falafel and shakshouka.

What you'll learn

Students are invited to cook along as we prepare three Israeli classic dishes. In class we start by preparing our onion and tomatoes and begin to cook them down. During its cook process we will taste test and add spices accordingly. Meanwhile, we will grind our falafel mixture and allow it to sit briefly, and fry. Then we blend our hummus until it is tasty!

What students need

Blender/Hand blender. Stove. Knives. Small frying pan. Small heavy bottom sauce pan for deep frying.
