We all find ourselves too many hours in front of the screens on a daily basis, then suddenly when we have the need to move quickly or fully we might encounter actual difficulties.
In this class we'll be working in intervalled circuits, with moves that are functional to our daily lives, that will make us stronger, more able and flexible, and will boost our health defense systems capacity!

I've always been active, movement was always my preferred way to express myself. Although eventually I chose dance as my primary style, I have also experience in other sports fields such as Gymnastics, Tennis, Field-running, and others. During the last decade, I dedicated myself to learn deeply about the human movement, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, promoting the concept of movement not only while we're in class but also in our daily life.
