What you'll learn

Through a variety of different strength training concepts and formats, and with the use of different equipment pieces (bands, weights, bender ball) you'll be building up full body strength in a fun and safe environment. If you are NEW to strength training; or perhaps are returning to fitness POST babies, injuries or maybe after a break from fitness...you'll feel right at home! Mireille makes sure to provide a lot of different modifications, and focuses on form to ensure you feel confident and safe! Strength and confidence in- and outside of class is the name of the game!

This class is perfect for

Women new to strength; returning to fitness after a hiatus or post babies; intimidated by group classes and gyms; unsure what to do and how to do it. Build up your confidence and strength, and get a solid foundation in strength training.

6 years of in-person and online training, and 2 years of hosting online and in-person Pelvic Floor courses. Helping women build confidence and strength in- and outside of the gym!

What students need

Resistance band/Resistance loop. Dumb bells (ideally 2 sets of different lbs)
