We will create a class together that is designed to fit your personal needs. I'll introduce you to the basic yoga poses with proper alignment and will guide you through breath work, standing postures, balances, twists, seated postures, and strength building asanas. We will finish class with a relaxing guided sivasana.

Your Teacher

Kate G
Kate has taught over one hundred private students in New York City in the past fourteen years. She has taught group classes through Pure Yoga, New York Yoga, Atmananda Yoga, Scratch DJ Academy, Citgo Fund, Pablo Fitness and New York Sports Club. Kate received her 200 hour teacher training from Atmananda Yoga Center, NYC. She graduated from SUNY Purchase College, Conservatory of Dance where she took classes in anatomy, Klein Technique, massage, ballet, and modern dance. Kate also completed meditation and light courses with Sai Ma and was initiated into the practice of meditation at the young age of three.
