Half hour sessions can be great, efficient ways to work on your goals and to split your sessions up in a week. Intimidated to join group classes? New to strength? Working around specific injuries? Personal training is a great way to build up your confidence and strength; and 30 minute sessions are easy to build into a full schedule.
