Learn how to make an all butter (or vegan) pie dough properly to form a rustic galette, which is basically a rustic looking pie and very easy to shape.

What to bring

Equipment:
Jelly roll pan or baking sheet
parchment paper
Ingredients:
210 g. all-purpose flour (1¾ cups)
25 g. sugar (2 tbsp.)
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt (or table salt)
113 g. refrigerator cold unsalted butte (8 tbsp. or 1 stick)
3-4 tbsp. ice water
Fruit filling (at least one recipe option will be sent prior to class)
