Yoga Deep Stretch & Relaxation
What you'll learn
A 45 minutes class, targeting the muscles from head to toe, increasing your flexibility, reduce heaviness, tightness, soreness and aches. The sequence of yoga poses if well-thought through, safe, accessible, but effective. You'll feel relaxed, renewed, calm and... like walking on clouds.
This class is perfect for
All level class.
Beginners, you're more than welcome, it's the right class to start with, because it's slower and low impact. I know how to take care of you!

- I’ve been a Yoga Instructor since 2013 in Vancouver, Canada, but taught in many places since then
- I teach Hatha, Power, Deep Stretch & Relax, Yang & Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga & fitness
- I am now teaching other to become yoga teachers at the Oxygen Yoga & Fitness teacher training
I combine yoga with coaching and created workshops on:

- Acceptance & letting go for a life in the present

So... expect a well-rounded experience, with just enough of all the good stuff that lifts up your body and spirit.
What to bring
- A yoga mat (if not, a carpet or towel to be able to sit and kneel comfortably)
- 2 pillows or rolled towels, in case you prefer to support your knees when sitting crossed legged
- Water, just in case ;)
- Yourself with a smile on your face
