What you'll learn
We will learn how to make Traditional Italian Gnocchi following my grandma's simple recipe. We will talk about the reason why Potato Gnocchi in Italy are "traditionally" made on Thursday and how you can change this dish with different sauces. What to bring
800g Boiled Potatoes (Not peeled and very tender). It's better to have warm potatoes, so try to finish boiling your potatoes 10-15 mins before class will take place.
300g All-purpose Flour + more flour for the kneading and storing of the gnocchi
1/2 Golden Onion
1 Asparagus Bag (washed)
Salt +Black Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Large Pot with boiling water
