Peter Sawkins is the youngest ever winner of Great British Bake Off. He is an Accounting & Finance student at the University of Edinburgh and has a huge passion for baking. He won the competition in season 11 in 2020 and has since written a book "Peter Bakes" with his favourite recipes and tips
