[object Object]
I started teaching in Australia and New Zealand in 2007 after receiving my certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). In 2008 I moved to Madrid in Spain where I taught General English, Business English and Cambridge Exam preparation for just over three years. During my time in Spain I became a Cambridge oral examiner for PET and KET exams, and I completed my Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA) with Cambridge University. After leaving Spain, I returned to Ireland to complete a Masters in Teaching English as a Foreign Language & Linguistics. I was awarded a First Class Honours Degree for my MA by the University of Limerick. Since then I have been working in the higher education, specialising in English for Academic Purposes, Academic IELTS preparation and pre-sessional academic programmes. Since completing my MA I have worked in the University of Limerick Ireland, University of Bath UK, University of Bristol UK, and Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo Japan. I am currently studying a Diploma in Technical Enhanced Learning (TEL) with the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG)
