English Advanced Conversation

Join me and some other speakers of English as a second language to practice your English speaking skills.

What you'll learn

In this class we will look at the linguist aspects of the English language such as vocabulary, phonetics and phonology and grammar. As we discuss the topics and share view points, we will also consider effective communication skills and strategies and active listening.
The class is 60 minutes long. You will be sent a lesson plan beforehand to prepare for the class. This lesson plan is based on an online video or article. The plan is structured to help you navigate the material and note answers to questions that will be used in the discussion. The class ends with a feedback session and a short analysis on notes taken. This is a relaxed environment where all views and opinions are appreciated and respected. It is an ideal opportunity to experience intercultural communication with your teacher and your peers.

This class is perfect for

Advanced level of English as a second language seeking speaking and conversation practice.
