Guided Transformational Breathwork
What you'll learn
I will guide you through breathing practices based on how you are feeling in the moment, what time of day it is for you, and your experiences. Don't worry if you have never tried breathwork before, it is an activity every single person is capable of practicing and I will be there with you every step of the way. Breathwork can be transformational to your mindset, health and wellbeing if carried out in the right way. Breathing practices include physical benefits such as improving your stamina, increasing alertness and strengthening your respiratory system, and emotional benefits such as decreasing stress and anxiety. Breathing practices can also help to release tension and trauma within the body, which can transform your outlook on the world.

People who have busy lives, or want to delve into what their body is capable of, and would like to take the time out of their day to care for their body and mind.
Niamh is qualified as a yoga teacher and holistic health coach. Her experience teaching around the world has lead her to hosting retreats, workshops and works 1-1 closely with students ranging from yoga, meditation, breathwork and health coaching.
