Group Pilates and Wellness
Start your day with this healthy combination of pilates and stretching. Come as a beginner or come as an advanced learner, you will close class feeling ready for your day. Class will be set when there are 2 students in class minimum and 4 maximum.
What you'll learn
We will do stretching and a pilates mat class, bringing breath and body awareness to the forefront while creating length, strength, space in your body. Feel good, because your body deserves it.
