She is the creator of several talks and programs including; “Healthy Plant-Based Meals That Won’t Frighten Your Family!” which is designed to share delicious recipes learned and developed over the past decade from teachers like Dr. T. Colin Campbell, David Wolfe, the Rouxbe Cooking School and many more.

What students need

Equipment: Blender or a High Speed Blender (Vitamix) , Sauce pan
8 oz Box Pasta (your choice)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4-6 hours (or over night)
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes optional
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
NOTE: Blender you are using:
Regular blender soaked in water for 8 hours or over night.
High speed blender like a Vitamix soak the cashews overnight or 4-6 hours.
