For over the past 10 years I have been running a small cooking school in Trastevere- Rome welcoming people, travelers, friends and families from all over the world to gather and enjoy their time over learning how to make great Italian food. Even before the cooking school I have worked in many different kitchens around the world but always came back to my Italian roots!

The utensils you will need are:
Cutting board
Bowl for mixing
Pot water to cook the pasta
Frying pan
Cheese grater (in the case your Pecorino Romano is not grated yet)
Ingredients for the sauce (serves 4 people):
500gr/ 1 lb Spaghetti pasta
100gr / 1 cup freshly grated pecorino romano cheese
Coarse salt
15-20 Black peppercorns
