cocoa powder 50gm
corn flour 40gm
all purpose flour 40gm
powdered sugar 250gm
dairy whitener 60gm
full cream milk 250ml
chocolate 100gm
heavy whipping cream 250ml (organic valley, horizon organic in Amazon)
icing sugar 60gm
roasted hazelnuts
nutella spread 2tbsp
Chocolate sable:
All purpose flour 225gm
fine sugar 95gm
almond meal/flour 35gm
cocoa powder 15gm
unsalted cold cubed butter 120gm
egg 1 large or ground tofu 1/3cup
Chill the steel bowls and whipping blades in the fridge.
