Flow & Relax Yoga
What you'll learn
We will do some Sun Salutaions to get into our body while concentrating on the breath. Like a meditation in movement we flow through the class. Then we will calm down, relax in Savasana and find ourselves rejuvenated and focused as we end the class.

This class is perfect for Intermediate Level. When you are a brand new Yogi, you maybe want to start with my private class first. In that class I can explain everything to you in detail.
