This is a slow paced meditation and movement practice to reconnect with the self. 2️⃣ Students Minimum


What you'll learn

This 45-minute class creates a safe and welcoming atmosphere to reconnect with the body, mind and spirit through a gentle meditation and movement practice. Whether it's morning, daytime, or evening, this practice will help you relax, recenter and prepare to flow with the rest of your day.

The class has a circular structure. We will start the class with a quick check-in and any requests for today's practice. The practice will begin with meditation, which will gently bring us into the re-centering movement flow. At the conclusion of the flow, we will return to meditation and final check-in.

I am a movement artist, teacher and freedom seeker currently based in Moscow, Russia. I started my teaching journey as a rhythmic gymnastics coach after completing my competitive gymnastics training in 2015. In the process of acquiring a bachelor's degree in dance, performance and choreography (May 2019), I expanded my sharing practice with stretching, dance, and authentic movement class offerings.
