FREE: Wind Flow - 30 Minute Trial

This is a shorter trial version of the full length Gentle Wind Flow & Movement Exploration for All Levels class, a dance ~ movement class focused on the relationship between breath and movement and exploring new avenues of expression.

What you'll learn

The Gentle Wind Flow trial class will have a similar structure to the full length Gentle Wind Flow & Movement Exploration class.

We will focus on the relationship between the breath and movement, starting from stillness to acknowledge our own wind flow and working our way up to creating heat through a gentle warm-up flow. A guided movement exploration will follow. Finally, we will gradually start our cool-down process and return to stillness, taking a few minutes at the end to chat and share some ideas/reflections/feelings.

Feel free to reach out to me with questions regarding the class and to send me class requests with the times and dates that work for best you. I am open to adjusting the schedule and creating more availability.

This class is perfect for

This movement class is perfect for movers of all levels, who are interested in exploring their breath-movement connection, finding balance and creating new avenues of expression.
