Rise & Shine Yoga

Wake up on the right side of the bed with this quick morning yoga practice!

What you'll learn

This 45 minute class is designed for people that are yoga curious or want to add a simple stretching practice into their morning routine. This beginners class is a great introduction to yoga and understanding some of the fundamental postures (asanas) and will assist in creating a daily pattern of adding flexibility, mobility, and strength into the body. 
We will begin class with simple breath exercises, moving into sun salutations, and adding on dynamic poses to assist in opening up the body. 
What if you are on the other side of the world and it is evening time. Don't let that stop you from joining us! This class is a great way to unwind after a long day of work.
