This class/workshop is for those who wants to work specifically on hamstrings stretch and hip flexors opening via front splits.

What you'll learn

This class is a specially designed Sequence to Prep for Hanumanasana.
Front splits have immense benefits:

Stretches hamstrings, groins, and hip flexors.
Strengthens the abductor muscles of the thighs.
Thought to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and abdomen.

All levels of practice are welcomed - I'll propose the pose adaptations that fit your level and benefit your practice the most.
