Dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga Flow All Levels

Breath to movement, allow your mind to focus and your body to flow. This class is for all levels.

What you'll learn

Vinyasa flow means moving meditation. Hatha is holding the poses for slightly longer. Connecting your breath to your movement gives you a deeper mind-body connection allowing your senses to draw within and your worries to fall away. Expect an energetic flow with a variety of asanas (postures) and a restful shavasanah to end. 

This class is perfect for

people who have an hour of time in their busy day to give themselves some self love.

Since qualifying as a yoga teacher, she has dedicated herself to helping others find their inner lotus flower, blossoming through asanas on the mat, and in life off the mat.

What students need

A blanket or pillow near by.
